How do I update my profile?
If you want to change some details on your account, then you need to update your profile. Follow these easy steps to do so:
1. After logging in, click the profile icon at the top of the page.
2. Once in your dashboard, click ‘Profile Settings’.
3. Update the necessary information and click ‘SAVE’.
4. Once the update is done, we'll send you a text message with a verification code to verify you made this request. You'll need to use the code to complete the update.
As specified in our Terms of Service, you may also be required to verify your new details and send us a scan or picture of one (or both) of the following:
- A government-issued photo ID.
- A proof of address. You can use a utility bill dated within the last 60 days, clearly showing the address you’ve entered.
You can send them in JPEG or PDF to verification@ignitioncasino.eu and we’ll secure your account in approximately 24-48 hours, sometimes faster.
